Highly recommended!

Chris is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness. Routines are mixed and vary in difficulty making each session different and very enjoyable. I've had 5 sessions now and seeing the benefits both physically and mentally. My knowledge of how to lead a healthy lifestyle has improved dramatically over the 5 weeks. Added to all that is Chris himself, a great guy.

I have been training with Chris for a few months now and I am making real progress! My sessions are hard, but definitely worthwhile and I've developed muscles I never knew I had! Alongside Chris' training he also provides really good dietary advice so that I know what to eat and when. Really looking forward to continuing to work with Chris. Definitely would recommend..!

I would highly recommend Chris' services! 

I have been working with Chris as my personal trainer for the past few months and he has been excellent. His initial process of finding out what I wanted to achieve was very thorough and professional. He took into consideration all of my nutritional details and offered me real and achievable ways I could improve my diet without spending vast amounts of money on branded supplements. When training me he was very understanding and very positive. He was flexible to training sessions and created an intense but achievable programme. I would highly recommend his services if you are serious about changing your lifestyle and want to make a change to your body.

Chris provided a bespoke service that more than lived up to my expectations. The sessions were well planned and ensured that I felt a tangible benefit after each one. Training was enjoyable and varied but also demanding, therefore commitment to training is key. Chris allowed flexibility within the training programme to ensure it complemented my busy schedule. The advice provided during the sessions proved to be invaluable regarding how the exercises should be undertaken to maximise effectiveness. The dietary advice provided was also most helpful. Overall I would certainly recommend giving Chris a try!

Really enjoyable training sessions!

Really loved training with Chris! I feel much healthier and happier after a few months of training. It is HARD WORK, but I if you really want to make progress both inside and outside of the gym then I really think Chris is the man to speak to. Definitely would recommend Chris as a very motivational and hard-working personal trainer.
