Summer 2018 incentives

July 2018: Incentives to train with me.

Whilst not everyone needs a reason to start their own path to better fitness and health, having an incentive definitely gives you a push in the right direction. The incentives below are valid until 31st July 2018. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.

 

Personal Training for only £15 per session...

 

For just £15 per session* you can train with me for two personal training sessions for a total cost of £30. If you like the sessions, then simply sign up for a further block of personal training sessions or just continue with single sessions at the prices below. You can take the sessions whenever you like (subject to availability) but you must sign up for both sessions by 31st July 2018. 

Please note that these sessions are gym-based (or start at the location of the gym if you want to train outdoors).

Have a free Personal Training session on me...

 

A new incentive for July 2018: A free, 30-minute personal training session with me. There's no requirement to commit to any further sessions, just come along, have fun and see if personal training sessions are for you. If they are, you can then sign up to a block of sessions, or just pay for single sessions, as and when you require them.

Free fitness and nutrition consultation. A no obligation, 45-minute fitness consultation examining your current levels of fitness and nutrition. 

 
 

Session Rates and Packages

 

1-2-1 Personal training

1-2-1 personal training with me. A bespoke service that focuses directly on your needs, goals and aspirations. 1-2-1 training can be delivered at your home, place of work or at my local gym in Derby. These are 1-hour, intensive sessions combined with dietary and nutritional support to make the most effective training outcomes possible. 

Single session: £25 per hour

Block of 5 sessions: £110

Block of 10 sessions: £225

Block of 20 sessions: £450

 

 

train with a partner

Training with a friend not only aids motivation but can be more cost-effective.  If you have a friend, colleague or family member who has similar fitness goals to you (muscle building, fat loss or training for a planned event) then training together may be the most effective way of meeting your fitness goals. Decide on a time and a place and I will design and deliver a training programme to meet the needs of you and your training partner.

Single session: £30 per hour

Block of 5 sessions: £135

Block of 10 sessions: £270

Block of 20 sessions: £540

 

 

Train as a group (3-5 members)

The most cost effective way of training: Simply gather a group of friends with like-minded goals (muscle building, fat loss or training for a planned event). Decide on a time and a place and I will design and deliver a training programme to meet the needs of your group. 

Single session: £35 per hour

Block of 5 sessions: £155

Block of 10 sessions: £315

Block of 20 sessions: £630
